Founded by Romain Malara & Maxime Vivenzi, DePARIS works across residential developments, boutique hospitality, F&B destinations, and modern workspaces. Each sector is led by a dedicated team that understands its codes and culture, allowing us to craft spaces with a clear narrative, strong identity, and a distinct sense of place.
